The use of movement in a photograph can interest and dynamics. Whether it's the movement of the wind, a moving vehicle, or moving people, try slowing down you shutter to capture the feeling of time passing. In this case I was in aperture priority mode so I raised the aperture to f22 and lowered the ISO to 100 to achieve a shutter speed of 2.5 sec without the use of a neutral density filter.
